Mini Stock 50 Lapper Highlights Peterborough Speedway’s 2nd Week of Action

Short track motorsports excitement is what its all about, as the 52nd consecutive season of action continues – Saturday, May 25th – at Peterborough Speedway.

 

A 50 lap Jiffy Lube Mini Stock main event is the featured attraction for the 2nd night of the 2019 schedule at the tight, tricky bullring on Mount Pleasant Road. Also on the schedule will be the home track Battlefield Equipment Rental Bone Stock and KOD Disposal Super Stock divisions; along with the Ontario Modifieds Racing Series, Ontario Pro Challenge and OSCAAR Pro Sprint touring classes. This weekend’s intermission feature will be King of the Hill timed spectator laps around Canada’s Toughest 3rd of a Mile Paved Oval. Pit gates open at 1:30, with the spectator grandstands unlocked at 4:00 and racing at 5:00.

 

Looking ahead at the schedule – to Saturday, June 1st – finds the first of the year’s Summer Toonie Nights, presented by Pepsi. Battlefield Equipment Rental Bone Stock, Jiffy Lube Mini Stock, Trent Lakes Complete Plumbing Renegade Truck, Late Model and Trailers Plus Ontario Legends Series action, with a fan appreciation autograph session at intermission; all for just $2.00. Racing starts at 5:00.
