IMG_2635There are dirty cars on the streets all around Central Ontario. People have been saving their spare change for the next Toonie Spectator Grandstand Admission/Fan Appreciation Night – presented by Pepsi – at Peterborough Speedway.

The next event in the Hot August Night Racing Series at Canada’s Toughest 3rd of a Mile Paved Oval takes the Great Canadian RV green flag Saturday, August 15th with the Battlefield Equipment Rental 4Fun, Mini Stock, Earl Ireland Auto Sales Late Model, INEX Ontario Legend and Ontario Modifieds Racing Series divisions looking to earn a trip to Dart Heating and Air Conditioning Victory Lane and an on-track autograph session at intermission.

“These events are some of the most popular on the schedule every season,” said Peterborough Speedway owner/promoter J.P. Josiasse. “It’s a great way to introduce new fans to the brand we’ve successfully built over the years. The place is packed to the top rows of the grandstands, the concession stands are busy and the drivers love to meet the people who cheer for their efforts every week.”

Saturday, August 15th the pit gates will open at 2:00, with the spectator grandstands unlocked at 4:00 and the first race of the night taking to the track at 5:00.
