Peterborough Speedway is Central Ontario’s Home of Affordable Family Entertainment

IMG_3089The 2016 schedule already includes the Country 105 Season Opener – with free spectator grandstand admission – Saturday, May 21st; as well as a trio of Fan Appreciation Nights – presented by Pepsi – where the entrance fee at the main gate is only $2.00. Now, the promotional team at Canada’s Toughest 3rd of a Mile Paved Oval has put together a variety of financially fan friendly ticket packages that make taking-in a night of short track racing excitement even more affordable.

“Everyone is looking to get the best value for their money and we’re happy to do our part,” said Peterborough Speedway track owner and promoter J.P. Josiasse. “There are people who are in the grandstands – in the same seats – for every show and we appreciate that level of loyalty. As a reward, we’ve put together grandstand admission bundles that are designed to help our fans save some money.”

Don’t miss a second of this year’s action at the tight, tricky bullring on Mount Pleasant Road, west of the Liftlock City. A 2016 season pass includes 14 regular nights of racing, a pair of OSCAAR events, the Chase for the Colours Pole qualifier and the 100 lap APC Pro Late Model show for just $170. That’s nearly $50 off the regular price. The Super Pass, with the 24th Annual Autumn Colours Classic added to the mix is only $210. A reduction of almost $65 from the grandstand admission. Josiasse says the deals don’t end there.

“We also have a bundle of 10 regular season tickets for $120,” said Josiasse. “That’ll save $20 when compared to buying each ticket on an individual basis. It’s a great gift idea for any race fan, whatever the occasion. For details call 705.743.5880, but act fast because quantities of each package are limited.”

With a fresh campaign less than 2 months away, fans are anxious to see what’s on the horizon for the year’s first green flag as new drivers are expected to join the track’s weekly wars in almost every division and a number of crowd favourites have spent the winter months updating their existing equipment. The final event on Peterborough Speedway’s pre-season promotional tour is slated for April 17th through 24th at the Lindsay Square Mall shopping centre, on Kent Street West in Lindsay.
