Double Toonie Deal is Back This Weekend at Peterborough Speedway

Whether you’re a big spender or throw nickels around like they were manhole covers, the next Double Toonie Deal – Saturday, July 2nd at Peterborough Speedway – is the best motorsports value you’ll find anywhere this summer.

No matter where you choose to sit to catch the action, general admission spectator grandstand passes are value priced at only $4.00 each. Pepsi presents a great night of racing with the home track stars from the Battlefield Equipment Rental Bone Stock, Jiffy Lube Mini Stock, Trent Lakes Complete Plumbing Renegade Truck, KOD Disposal Super Stock and Late Model divisions, with a Fan Appreciation Autograph Session at intermission.

“The Fan Appreciation shows are consistently some of the most popular events on our annual schedule,” said Peterborough Speedway track owner and promoter J.P. Josiasse. “They’ve always been a combination of Hallowe’en and a chance to make some new friends and help grow the future of the sport we all know and love.”

For this weekend’s Double Toonie Night, pit gates open at 1:30, with the spectator grandstands unlocked at 4:00 and the night’s first Great Canadian RV green flag at 5:00.

Looking ahead on the schedule to Saturday, July 9th finds the Pure Country 105 Mid Season Bash, as Canada’s Toughest 3rd Mile Oval reaches the halfway mark of its 2022 season. On track action includes the Bone Stock, Renegade Truck, Super Stock and Late Model divisions, with the return of the new Junior Late Models and the Canadian Legend Car Series, with King of the Hill as the intermission feature.
