CHASE FOR THE COLOURS

NEXT WEEKEND SUNDAY JULY 5 WE WILL BE HOLDING THE FIRST ANNUAL "CHASE FOR THE COLOURS" A PRELUDE TO THE 17TH RUNNING OF THE AUTUMN COLOURS CLASSIC. DRIVERS WHO TAKE PART IN THIS UPCOMING EVENT CAN EARN A GUARANTEED STARTING SPOT IN THIS FALLS EVENT, BY MONDAY WE WILL MAKE SURE TO HAVE A BREAKDOWN OF THE RULES AND AN OUTLINE HOW PROVISIONAL SPOTS WILL BE ASSIGNED FOR THE AUTUMN COLOURS.

DRIVING EXPERIENCE

Canada’s toughest speedway is offering you the chance to get behind the wheel of a real stock car. Peterborough speedway is located in the heart of the Kawartha’s and is home of the Super bowl of stock car racing The Autumn Colours Classic.
This course is designed to give you the chance to take to the banks of one of the fastest 1/3 mile oval, where Canada’s top drivers battle it out yearly.

NO RAIN LEADS TO A FULL NIGHT OF ACTION

Our three primary classes were running it was also fan appreciation and we closed the night with a 100-lap Enduro Race. 2009 INCLUDES AN OTHER NUMBER OF FIRSTS

As the start of the 2009 race season approaches Joe Wells series director from ARCA and JP Josiasse president from Peterborough Speedway are thrilled to announce that the ARCA Lincoln Welders Truck Series will make Peterborough Speedway one of their stops for the 2009 season. The deal a few years in the making will see the ARCA trucks take to the high banks of Peterborough for a 100 laps on Saturday July 25, 2009.
